Weekend Getaway: Make the Most of Every Minute

You may not have the luxury of weeks on end of boating and beachcombing, wining and dining, playing and relaxing. But you do have the weekend. And because Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa is so convenient to Baltimore and DC, the weekend is plenty of time to recharge and unwind.

Get away to our boardwalks and beaches.

Breezy Point Beach and Campground is perfect for fishing, grilling, camping or just feeling the sand between your toes. Recently voted Best Bay Beach and Best Bay Town, North Beach has something for everyone: quaint streets, antique stores, great restaurants, a fishing pier and boardwalk, and a sandy beach for sunbathing and wading (for a small fee). It’s all just few minutes from our Resort.

Celebrate the water, any way you like.

However you prefer to enjoy the water, we accommodate. Resort guests can visit Marina West to rent kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, pontoon boats, bicycles, jet skis and Carolina Skiffs—even reserve fishing rods and tackle plus charter a boat for your whole group. The town of Chesapeake Beach also has a water park open seasonally with the water slides, a lazy river and more.

Enjoy live shows and video pull-tab gaming.

Our stellar lineup of original and classic tribute artists runs the sonic spectrum from rock and pop to R&B and funk. See and hear it all from the Bandshell, the beach or inside our Boardwalk Café. In between shows, grab a seat in our gaming room for video pull-tab and bingo games accompanied by free coffee, soft drinks and snack bar food.

Save time for wellness.

At our Salon & Spa, we literally take care of our guests from head to toe. Kick off or wrap up your getaway by indulging in a full menu of spa treatments. Our staff of massage specialists, stylists, cosmetologists, manicurists and pedicurists are here to make your getaway a relaxing one.

Start your weekend right here.
